The last time I needed new tires I was confused when I read reviews on the internet. There were comments with very strong positive and negative statements and I could not decide who to believe!

What are some of the best sources for finding a great value for a top rated all season tire? I am familiar with Consumer Reports. Any of your personal experiences is greatly appreciated.
