Nexen N2000 tires: just how good are they??

i'm looking to find anybody who owns or has owned a set of Nexen N2000 performance tires. they are an H rated tire that looks to have a pretty aggresive tread good for wet roads. i would like to know how they stand up to everyday summer use. they seem to only have a 75,000 km warranty, so that and the fact i've never heard of them makes me skeptical of their quality. i cannot find anybody who has done any comprehensive testing on this tire, and i would appreciate knowing about this particular tire before i go wasting my money.

I have a set of N2000's and can honestly say that I have never had a better set of tyres on anything. Dry grip is brilliant but it is in the wet that these tyres come into their own. On acceleration from standstill they will still spin but cornering is a real joy. You do not say what size you have in mind but most of bigger sizes (16" & above) have an AA traction rating as do tyres like the Michelin Pilot Sport 2 etc. You will not regret buying these tyres, they are easily as good as Goodyears Eagle F1 GSD2.

Real high performance tires do not last as long as tires built for durability. It's just a fact of life. The Kumho Victoracer V700's I had on my Probe probably wouldn't last for 15,000 miles on the street. On the other hand, the kind of grip they had was unreal.
