    Audi A4 chip

I just bought myself an Audi A$ 1.8 Turbo and I want to get some more horsepower out of it. I have heard a lot about chipping it but I am not sure. It is pretty spunky as is but If anyone has any ideas how to get some more horse power out of it I would appreciate it.

The VW/Audi 1.8T uses a computerized boost control, and it's easy for an aftermarket chip to add a considerable amount to the car's performance. A better exhaust and a Neuspeed chip would make an excellent starting point.

Hi, I have recently bought a 2003 Audi A4 1.8T. It is a pretty quick car, and I love the acceleration. It is smooth yet powerful and sounds like a much bigger engine than it really is. I love the sound, it emulates the feeling that you are going faster than you actually are. I read in your previous post that you think chipping and adding a custom exhaust to an A4 would both be good performance upgrades. Will these modifications at all alter the sound and feel of my car? If so, in what way?

    Thanks a bunch,
    Spencer

Adding a new exhaust will change the way the exhaust sounds... Also adding more power will change how it feels cause now u got more power.
    Thats my 2 cents.
