...either not many forumers with JLs or my topic are quite boring.

here the scenario, i got a space for 1.2 cb ft (max) to fit in the center front seat. I got no other place to put the woofer so please don't suggest me (even thou I appreciate them) to put in the trunk or below the seat, repeat - i have no space.

I was hunting for Focal all the way, but the ain't Utopia or K Power that can fit this (5W are too small.. not deep enough for me). I can fix 8' or 10' (that i prefer). So which will u guys though will be good.

I budget could go up to Utopia, W7 line... I got Audison VRX 1.500 (500Watt x 1) to drive this baby. Which will be the one? Any brand, any recommendation are good. Prefers ported box and my front setup are the Utopia 165W3. They can get loud and I like them loud.

Nothing aginst the W7, great sub, just expensive. Go with an Adire Brahma 10. Bigger, badder, louder, and most importantly, cheaper. Plus it sounds as good, if not better.

    Yeah

Yeah well you could go with the Brahma 10" but its probally a little bigger and more output then you would want. The Mini Brahma right here, I seen it good woofer

    http://www.creativesound.ca/details.php?model=SX10

Its priced well has good output, I doubt he wants tons of bass and more efficent. It likes a little bigger box but that is ok. He has the room for it.

    Thats my 2 cents.

    Thats my 2 cents.

Yes of course it does, good woofer. Think Brahma or or W7 but not as loud, smaller cheaper, easier to mount. Great woofer. It has a good flat BL curve, flat KMS curve, low LE so it can play high notes. Which leads it to be a lost distortion driver untill it reaches its limits.

It uses XBL^2, which is flat BL curves over extended range of excursion which leads to low distortion. For more info about such technology respond back and I can set you up with some links.

    Thats my 2 cents.

Info on XBL^2 technology used in that subwoofer I sent you. So it will sound good, even at high excursions.

    http://www.adireaudio.com/tech_papers/xbl2_motors.htm

Reviews on Adires first woofers to come out, these dont even use XBL^2 but htey still sound good not as good as XBL^2 woofers.

    http://www.audioreview.com/Subwoofer...4_2741crx.aspx

    http://www.adireaudio.com/mobile_audio/mobile_audio.htm

Website of all the compeitions Adire woofers have won.

    http://www.adireaudio.com/mobile_aud...hma_series.htm

    Website info on the Brahma.

That should be enough reading material for now. If you have any questions please post them and I can help ya out.

That woofer I sent ya is basically a mini brahma less excursion still sounding good.

    Thats my 2 cents.

Brahma is the top of the line woofer, Shiva is the lower end home audio sub works well in car audio its a 12" and the tempest is just the shivas big brother similar specs but 15" version.

That creative sound woofer is basically a brahma with less excursion still sounds good.

    Thats my 2 cents.
