    2005 Jetta IV 2.0l 4cyl - Fix up questions

So far I have made a nice investment in wheels and tires

Falken torque5 gun metal 19's wrapped in Dunlop 225x35 ZR19 SP FM901 tires

My next step is some body flash and power upgrades.

    First body flash

    Second body flash

Exhaust maybe (any ides for something better are welcome)

Need help finding something to increase HP at a decent cost/performace ratio.
Cold Air intake & A Chip upgrade might do the trick?

Looks nice. I'd recommend checking out Neuspeed as they are one of the biggest brands of VW performance parts. You might also want to check out vwvortex.com as they have a lot of experts who can point you in the right direction. The chips usually aren't much of an upgrade unless you have a turbo motor - yours doesn't, does it?

    sadly no turbo

But I would consider getting a turbo if theres one avail for my motor

thanks for the sites I will for sure check them out.

**EDIT** I found a turbo kit the base kit was just over $2600 and the kit with upgraded injectors and such was just over $3200, not in my price range rightnow but for sure down the road it could be. Not sure if I want to buy a turbo that only brings me to stock VR6 power.

    Hey Slanter

What do you think of these 2 CAI's

I know there are others that move the air intake even farther away but its a daily driver and I am worried about water (rain puddles) ya know

AEM's a pretty good company. The Freedom Design one, though, doesn't look like a real cold air intake and will probably not be as effective. It looks more like a short ram and may draw in more underhood air, although I would have to see one installed to be sure.
