1987 Toyota Cressida. Will Sony Xplod Model CDX 454RF cd changer work in the above mentioned car'r factory unit. Additionally, will any extra components be needed.

yes it will work the "RF" in the model name insists that it uses an RF Modulator--you shouldn't need anything else to use it.
