Mb 2003 E500

What a wonderful site! I am brand new member. I purchased a 2003 MB E500. So far, it has been a disterous product. Too many problems and too many times. Obviously, they are denying all of this. I am taking them to court here in Oregon. Are there any other member who has difficulties with their MB E500 or do know other who do? Would you please contact me to share your agony and pain about this car and once a proud company? Thank you veru much.

Can you tell me what sort problems you are experiencing with your E500??? My father is considering a 2004 E500 to replace my mom's 2000 E430 (which is the biggest lemon any of us has ever had). The MB dealer who tried to get MBUSA to buy back the 2000 in 2001 is giving a very fair trade-in on this horrible car to get her into something new, but I don't want a repeat of the same types of problems (the E430 has all sorts of electrical gremlins with the COMAND system and HVAC system).
