amp questions
well i got a excellent deal on some alpine type r 12's for my girls car, so now i need a amp for them. i will be powering to type r 12's, swr1221d, they are 2 ohm dvc's, 300 watts rms, i plan on feeding them about 400 if its not to much for her, they should handle this power just fine. so what amps should i get or even more important i should not consider?
Xtant a6001t 600 watts @ 2ohms
mtx thunder 801d 800 x1 @2 ohms
Memphis pr600 150x2 @ 4 ohms ( this was the only specs on power they had, max is said to be 600, so im assuming 300x2 @ 2 ohms)
Phoenix gold R8.0:1 800x1 @ 2ohms
Hifonics Bx1500d 1000X1 @ 2 ohms
Zapco 750.2 375x2 @ 2 ohms
Orion 8002 2X400 @ 2 ohms
Orion XTR9002 450x2 @ 2ohms
will all of these work with these subs?
i know its a few to choose, i never really dealt with any of these persoanly so if anyone has dealt with these or know anything about these models please let me know, i like to hear negative reasons also guys :)

Those all seem to be fine amps. I dont know why you are stuck on overpowering the subs. I mean they dont got that much throw in the first place sure u can put a bit more power and run them non linearly and get a tad more bass but increase the distortion level alot. Good solid cheap amp JBL 600.1

400 watts even though the subs are rated at 300 rms? Why? They wont take it. Remember a few years ago when the Infinity Kappa was the big phenomenon. People would feed them 4,5,600 watts rms, even though they were rated 300 rms, and then wonder why they blew.
Of al amps on your list, the Xtant would be the best from a power standpoint. But I agree with Easy, the Jbl 600.1 would be a very good amp to use for your application.

juss asking u put that the Hifonics Bx1500d hits 1000 watts? but it says on all the ebay stuff it hits 1500 watts? so let me kno plz.. thnx

The 1500D puts out 1500 in 1 ohm, and about 750-1000 in 2 ohms.
